Jerry Hobby started programming in 1986 with a language called BASIC. He learned C programming around 1988 and he began programming as a career around 1991.
Over the years, he programmed in various languages including JavaScript, Java, C, C++, C#, SQL, Rust, PHP, HTML/CSS, and several others. Currently he is focused on game development projects using Unreal, Unity, and Godot game engines. There are a few small demo games on his website. Nothing fancy.
Programming is a hobby as well as a career. Programming is like a fitness program for the brain. Whether you become a professional programmer or just a hobbyist, programming is good for the brain.
